This Privacy Policy describes how Trove: Daily Bible Verses ("Trove", "we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile application. By using Trove, you agree to the practices described below.

Account information: When you sign in, we collect your name and email address via Firebase Authentication.
Usage data: Content preferences, category scores, liked verses, and onboarding answers to personalize your experience.
Device token: An FCM push notification token to deliver personalized daily notifications.
Language preference: Your selected app language (English, Spanish, or Portuguese).
Purchase information: Subscription status processed through Apple In-App Purchase and RevenueCat. We do not store payment card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

To personalize Bible verse and story recommendations based on your interests.
To send daily push notifications at your chosen times and in your preferred language.
To manage your subscription and restore purchases.
To improve app performance and fix issues.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely in Google Firebase (Firestore), which complies with GDPR and SOC 2 standards. Data is stored in the United States. We retain your data for as long as your account is active.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

5. Notifications

Trove may send push notifications with Bible verses and spiritual messages. You can disable notifications at any time in your device Settings or within the Trove app.

6. Children's Privacy

Trove is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To make a request, contact us at the email below. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Data Deletion

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. Data is permanently removed within 30 days of the request.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by updating the "Last updated" date above.
