These Terms of Use govern your use of the Trove: Daily Bible Verses mobile application ("App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Trove, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Sell, sublicense, or transfer your rights to any third party

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Trove offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions (weekly and annual) that unlock premium features including unlimited verses, stories, and offline access.

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account.
Payment is charged upon purchase confirmation.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
No refunds are provided for the unused portion of a subscription period, except as required by applicable law.
A free trial, if offered, will convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.

4. Content

All Bible verses, stories, devotionals, and spiritual content within the App are provided for personal religious and educational use only. Bible translations used are in the public domain or licensed for use. We do not claim ownership of biblical scripture.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the App in any way, including attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfering with other users, or using automated tools to scrape content.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trove and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data or revenue.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or that we deem harmful to other users or us.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will indicate the update date at the top of this page.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
